Become a 2026 Camp Fair Vendor

Showcase Your Summer Camps and Enrichment
Opportunities to Prosper ISD Families

Promote your summer camps and enrichment opportunities directly to parents and students across Prosper ISD. The Gifted Minds Prosper Summer Camp Fair gives families an early look at programs for the upcoming summer while providing vendors high-visibility outreach in a single, high-traffic setting. Prior attendees reported high satisfaction, appreciation for early planning, and a 100% likelihood of registering for a camp they discovered at the fair.

About the Event

The Summer Camp Fair is open to the public and advertised to all Prosper ISD families. We promote the event through GMP GT Booster Club communications, Prosper ISD emails and newsletters, community Facebook groups, campus signage, and the GMP website to ensure strong visibility and turnout. Vendors meet families face-to-face, answer questions, and introduce their programs during this concentrated community event.

You can host a table for a $200 non-refundable donation supporting Gifted Minds Prosper Booster Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving nearly 4,000 GT families across Prosper ISD.

​

This fair and its vendor directory are widely requested by Prosper families and serve as a fundraiser for Gifted Minds Prosper Booster Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting the Gifted & Talented Program in Prosper ISD.​

Vendors Receive

For your $200 donation as a participating table vendor, you will:  

  • Receive a 6’ table, two chairs, and a drawing ballot box

  • Be promoted to 10,000+ Prosper ISD families through pre- and post-fair outreach

  • Be included in the Camp Fair Directory shared with all attending families

  • Engage directly with parents who attend specifically to find and compare summer camps in one place

  • Benefit from high likelihood of bookings, with families reporting strong satisfaction in prior years and indicating they are likely to register for camps discovered at the fair

  • Gain from stronger attendance driven by expanded GMP advertising, PISD communications, local Facebook groups, campus signage, the GMP website, and neighborhood association outreach

  • (Platinum & Diamond Sponsors) Receive the attendee contact list for post-event follow-up

Flyers-Only Option: If you are unable to attend in person, you may choose our Flyers-Only Option. Provide 300 printed flyers and they will be included in the attendee bag handed out during the event. Donation for flyer distribution is $50.

Sponsorship Discounts for Vendors

Businesses that become a Gifted Minds Prosper Sponsor for the 2025–2026 school year before January 31, 2026, will receive:

  • Discounts or complimentary access to a Camp Fair vendor table

  • Social Media Recognition on the Gifted Minds Prosper Facebook page

  • Complimentary flyer distribution

  • Additional year-round sponsor benefits through May 2026​

To Participate

To secure your vendor spot* :

  • Complete the vendor registration form and submit your donation

  • Provide a raffle prize valued at $100 or more, such as a camp discount, month of lessons, gift card, or similar offering (standard coupons or new-client promotions do not qualify). 

    • We request this as a way to engage attendees, build brand excitement and awareness!

  • Ensure you have a representative present at your table on event day
