VENDOR  INFORMATION

Every spring our Prosper families begin the search for camps and activities that will enrich the summer experience for their children. Gifted Minds Prosper, a local non-profit, assists those families by hosting a Summer Camp Fair. This fair provides vendors an opportunity to showcase their camps or lessons in one place, while allowing parents easy access to investigate summer opportunities for their children in one place.

This year we are hosting Summer Camp Fair in-person and offering an online directory for the Prosper community.

The Event

Gifted Minds Prosper’s 7th Annual Summer Camp Fair is typically held on a Saturday in March. The Summer Camp Fair is open to the public and advertised to all Prosper ISD families.  In 2024 we had more than 200 families in attendance. Past locations have been Boyer Elementary, Children's Health Community Center, and Folsom Elementary.

This event along with the list of vendors is highly anticipated and requested by local parents to help them find summer camps for their children each year and is a fundraiser for Gifted Minds Prosper a 501(3)(c) non-profit that supports the Gifted and Talented Program at Prosper ISD.

Vendors Receive

Last year's cost to display at this event was a non-refundable $200 donation.  As a vendor, you will…

  • be provided a 6’ table, 2 chairs, and drawing ballot box

  • be promoted to 10,000+ Prosper ISD families and have 100s of families visit the fair

  • included in pre- and post-fair marketing through social media and PISD Express

  • receive a contact list of all registered fair attendees

  • have first option to participate in next year’s event

  • be featured on GMP Facebook page (2,900+ followers with high engagement)

 

If you become a Gifted Minds Sponsor for the 2025-2025 school year prior to January 31, 2026, you will be eligible for a discount on your vendor table for the 2026 Summer Camp Fair and sponsor benefits through May 2026.  See more information about sponsorship here.
Not able to attend in person, but want to get your information to attendees?

We offer a Flyers Only option for a reduced fee. All we ask is that you deliver 300 flyers a week prior to the event, which will be provided to all of our attendees.

To Participate

As a vendor, to secure your spot,* you must:

  • fill out registration form and pay prior to the deadline. The link to the registration form will open in January. 

  • provide someone at your table to answer questions on the day of the event

  • provide one FREE summer camp, FREE lesson or FREE birthday party type for your drawing (no coupons, products or discounts)

 

*Limited spots are available and given in order of registration and payment.
